Girls Football Festival - 24.-26.06.22

After last year's cancellation due to corona, we are very happy to announce that the Girls Football Festival will take place in Vienna from June 24-26, 2022.

Girls teams from 8 European countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Austria) will meet in Vienna to celebrate soccer, respect and diversity for three days. The festival takes place as part of the Football Zajedno - Football Together project, which promotes international exchange, opposes nationalism and promotes respect and equality, with a focus on the Western Balkans region, Ireland and Northern Ireland.  

The program includes training sessions, workshops, a guided treasure hunt through Vienna, side events and of course a tournament. Intercultural exchange will be promoted through an educational and cultural program. As we take our slogan "Together/Zajedno" seriously, we try to provide for an exchange of players as much as possible during the festival (e.g. mixed training sessions), as the goal is to foster new friendships and not just focus on performance and results.
