Would you like to join our team and work with children and teens in sports clubs and schools on topics such as anti-discrimination, human rights, gender diversity, or extremism?
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting workshops in sports clubs and school classrooms
- Adapting methods and content based on the target audience and specific requests
- Creating a safe and interactive environment for participants
- Collaborating with the fairplay team, club officials, and teaching staff
- Independently settling your fees and travel expenses with the fairplay team
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- An interest in topics such as human rights, anti-discrimination, gender diversity, sustainability, or the prevention of extremism
- An understanding of sports and discrimination
- An intuitive understanding of group dynamics and children
- A positive demeanor and communication skills
- A sense of responsibility, commitment, empathy, and a willingness to learn
- High resilience, strong teamwork skills, and intercultural competencies
- Willingness to travel
- A current criminal record check
Here’s what we offer you:
