The fairplay initiative is part of the Erasmus+ project Less4more, "Leveraging Sports for Women Empowerment" since 2023. This aims to improve women* participation in sport, promote gender equality through sport and reduce gender discrimination. It focuses on two main areas: First, to get more women involved in sports by providing appropriate opportunities and games. Second, to train women* as coaches to support the principle of equal opportunities and equality in sport. The project also addresses the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, including ethnic minorities, migrant women, trans and gender diverse people, and physically impaired people.
